Sales Divas

We currently seek individuals to become Extreme Diva Sales Divas. We desire people that support our mission and philosophy, who believe in our products and our company and who want to become part of a new and exciting team of direct sales representatives. 
We seek enthusiasm over experience. We provide training to equip Sales Divas to successfully run their business. We  support Sales Divas to help them maintain their energy and enthusiasm. We mentor Sales Divas enabling them to set goals and achieve more than they ever thought possible.
We know our way of doing business is not for everyone. We know many people are unwilling to work with a company to develop a new way of doing business. We also know there is a special group of people who embrace the opportunity to take on a challenge. This group is excited to have the chance to be part of a brand new enterprise, to take part in something as one of the pioneers in the endeavor. THOSE are the people we seek. Types of Sales Divas

There are 4 ways you can participate:

  1. Community Events Sales Representative:  Order our Community Event Starter Kit and begin hosting booths at the variety of events held in communities throughout the year.
  2. In-Home Events Sales Representative:  Order our In-home Event Starter Kit and begin hosting in-home events with friends, family and neighbors. During these events, you share the Extreme Diva philosophy of Practical Selfishness.  As you share our message, you discuss ways Extreme Diva books and products help your guests incorporate this message into their lives.
  3. Extreme Diva Fund-Raising Representative: Help organizations and/or individuals raise money to support their church groups, school groups, etc. 
  4. Extreme Extreme Diva Sales Representative: Chose to combine any or all of the other 3 options.

Opportunity to Grow

At EDM, our goal is to help our Divas begin, grow and establish successful business, whether as authors, speakers or sales reps. As a Sales Diva, you are able to buy products, to fill orders or stock your product tables, at a 50% discount off retail. In addition, we offer you the opportunity to recruit and mentor new sales reps, earning a 5% commission from all their sales. We also offer gifts when you reach sales targets and goals.

We believe in having fun, in sharing laughter with friends and in encouraging one another to have the best life we can achieve. We also believe in singing The Extreme Diva song  every opportunity:

The Extreme Diva is the direct sales division of Extreme Diva Media, home of Devotions to Go.

At EDM and Extreme Diva, we have seen the changes in the economy, our nation and publishing. We still believe it is important to share the messages created by our authors with the women that need to read it. Therefore, we have developed a different way of doing business. Customers can still get our book from retailers and online. However, we feel the direct sales approach supports our mission in a way traditional means can't.

Taking our books to women at Community Events and in their homes, we are able to share our philosophy with them, helping them improve the quality of their lives and through them, the lives of their families. As we share our philosophy, we show our guests how to incorporate our philosophy into their lives.
Our Mission
The Extreme Diva helps women improve the quality of their lives by focusing on 4 key areas:

  • Simplifying Life;
  • Enhancing Relationships.
One way we accomplish our mission is through the products found in our online store. Another way we accomplish our mission is by encouraging women to host an in-home celebration featuring our products and one of our Sales Divas.

Our mission for 2009 is to encourage women to increase the strength of their network, especially their friendships. At Extreme Diva, we believe in the power of friendship for women. Friends create a strong foundation in the life of a woman, giving her the stability and support she needs in turbulent times.

Throughout the year, Extreme diva is offering a variety of activities, programs and materials to help you strengthen your existing friendships and build new ones.
